Its a good thing I like the parts on my bike, saves me a hell of a lot of money...or it would if it weren't for the bolt on's.

DIY Version. Watch both video's to get the idea. add the Baron's cover and save some money. The very first mod on my 2006 was buying the Baron's kit and cover. A bit costly but looks great. Really changed the look on that side of the bike.

Money being an object, the DYI option can be considered

If it is broke, fix it. If it is not, make it better!

I forgot about this thread. I appreciate your reply.
Not looking for the open primary, just a different cover in place of wagon wheel.

The pic I posted is the best in terms of showing what it looks like. What are you looking for in terms of more pics? I have one on my new bike and can take pics but the left side exhaust pipe covers most of it so any pics may not be as clear as the one that I posted.

The setup I have is the Yamaha OEM naked pulley. If you are looking for one I think you will have a hard time finding it.

Doc I have a new in package OEM unit now.
I'm still on the fence about installing it I wanted to see photos of the arc bracket that mounts in front of the swingarm pivot.

*is it just a shiney spacer or is it structural?

It's a shiny structural spacer. You need to install it. It ties the case to the frame to reduce twisting.

Here is a link to the RS Mag. that has some info on the Baron Nude Pulley conversion kit.

You may have to copy and paste the link.

Hope this helps.
