Serious issues with his neck bearings or he could have had an alignment issue with the frame from it being previously wrecked or tires. I would guess that an idiot like that would not be too keen on proper maintenance of his bike

Sportbikes sometimes have that happen at higher speeds when the front wheel lifts up and then comes back down. That's why most have steering dampeners on them, to prevent exactly what happened here. Though this guy is a complete idiot.
