AWESOME thread . While you are at it could you find out where I can buy pin stripping they used on a two tone 2000 Silverado ? Trying to find the right combo on web but no luck so I can do my fairing to match bike .

Try autozone pinstripe tape. You may have to mix & match to her the right combo. But it's just a vinyl decal.

5JA-24240-00-00 is the part number for the graphic set that goes with the black 2 tone, but the kit is not available from Yamaha, and there is no identification in the last digit as to correct color.

Correct. It's just a vinyl applique under clear coat. MUCH easier than doing an actual painted stripe. You'll pay through the nose for GOOD hand striping. I see a lot of BAD hand striping.
