My questions are simple, do you have a detailed plan for a bike before you start to build, or do you get creative as you see fit during the build? What I mean is, do you know exactly what it's going to look like before you start?
Where do you come up with the idea? Very creative! Love the looks!

When I visited BMS, All the custom bikes I saw had Air Ride suspensions in them. But I am having a hard time justifying the expense for my new project. Have you ever evaluated any other lowering options? Like Baron's replacement relay arm, or any of the extended dog bones? Just wondering if I need to get an air ride into the budget because it solves some other problem.

Lines are everything for me. I have installed new parts and taken them right back off because they broke the flow of the bike's lines. So would love to know what your planning process looks like when you are getting ready for a new build.

Question: What is your engineering process for a new and outside of the box modification/setup? Do you have someone look at it from an engineering viewpoint or do you with your knowledge of bikes know how build it and then just see how it works?
Question: Do you ever build prototypes of systems to test prior to putting them on a bike?
I love the Nehmesis front fork (would it be called a fork since it is one piece?) and how it is set up with the shock absorbers. Truly interesting. Also the way the Sinstar uses what looks to me like solid forks and a pivot system with shock absorbers on top. This man has incredible talent.

I am assuming that the Roadliner and Stratoliner are the same bike. If that is wrong please correct me.
Can the 'liner stock FI module handle pipe and air kit changes and maintain proper A/F mixes? A few guys here have done that with their FI Road Stars and it seems to work out well (their pipes have the sensor bungs). So on a liner, is their an advantage to an aftermarket FI module?

does the intake have a 'mass air flow' sensor?
if not then how does it compensate? it can't.
it can only guess by the TPS's calibration accuracy.
o2 sensor's only tell part of the story for accurate
FI metering.

Gram , yes they can. Several guys across the country (various elevations) have done pipe and air box mods ( PR stuff) and Dyno their bikes and with stock fuel management have been well within safe range. Power commander and Cobra don't want to hear that , but it sure is nice on the wallet. BB

What is involved in putting a different brand front suspension, such as an American suspension type on the Roadstar. Is it basically a custom stem to fit the American suspension trees? If so, is the stem alone readily available? Other thoughts involved in making this swap happen?

Yep, I would love to know what BMS thinks about aftermarket FI modules. Are you using them on FI bikes?
Is their a real advantage or benefit? Or does the stock FI module do a good enough job?
