HAHAHAHAHAH I literally quit. I think I'm selling her. I'm out of my mind now. After sitting a few minutes its doing it again. But it spit gas at me when I tried to start it and I tried tightening the PMS, and it completely closed without killing the bike. So its new carb or sell. I'm selling.

The bike won't die when the PMS is screwed all the way in. It won't idle worth a crap, but it'll still run. The PMS is only part of the Pilot fuel delivery circuit.
Did the bike run okay although briefly, before it died?

When I put the carb in and fired it up it ran better. I was able to throttle it up and it was good. It had a slight idle roughness. I came in the house got lunch wrote up my post went out to see if I could fine tune the idle and immediately upon starting it was like it has been.

Did you swap out the needle and seat, or just clean it? The seat half, has an oring that seals it in place. If that starts leaking, then it'll let fuel into the bowl. It could be why the bike started after the carb was just put back, but won't run right now.

only things I did not replace on the needle set was diaphragm and emulsifier. It is running, just running like it was. The slightest throttle or enricher and it chugs and dies. if I rev very slow and get any throttle out of it in a few seconds of light rev and it coughs. And this time when it started it spit gas at me from the carb throat.

Did you replace the float? Did you do a leak check on the float to see if they are cracked which could throw off the level in the bowl.

I swear my rs did the
the same thing but it was the bad coil my brother was doing spark plugs while I was doing the carburetor when we left the spark plug wire off and fart Fried the coil and it look like you have spark when you're laid it on a cylinder jt the resistance test told the story

That's not the needle and seat I was speaking of. I'm talking about the float valve.
