accelerator pump nozzle 1 Year, 8 Months ago
Does anyone have one laying around along with the end cap to seal it back up? I need one and I have been looking online all day and can't find it or a part number. Thanks

Brett

# 34 is the acc.pump

Thanks Greysnake but unfortuanately that is not what I'm looking for. The nozzle is in front of the carb sticking out the right side facing towards you. Here is a picture with a hand pointing to it.

I have to ask... what is wrong with the one you have? I don't think that part is available. I have removed one when I bored a BSR 40 out to a 42mm then just reinstalled it.

Got bent when I had it stored while running the 45. Something fell on it and know one is claiming the damage done to it so now I need another one. While taken it off, the end cap went flying in no man's land so I need that too.

Hopefully someone (maybe Curt) has an old carb body that they can remove it from and send to you.

How does that nozzle come out? pushed in or screwed in?

It pushes out. I set a pc of flat steel across the end and tapped on it with a hammer. It pushed it out along with the brass plug that holds it in. when I reinstalled it I just made sure it was spraying the right direction. put the brass plug back in place and put some Sealall all over it to insure that it wouldn't leak.

Let me see. Your tapping from the inside of the throat to the outside of the carb?
