Curt's Lowers - Available again! 1 Year, 11 Months ago
Curt, Ultrastar, and I (Warden) have teamed together to help provide availability of Curt's Lowers again. These are from Curt's original designs, Ultrastar's metal work ability, and Warden's laser and etching technology.

I think you will find them a great addition for reducing that buffeting effect from turbulence around your windshield. Connect them to the OEM Windshield Brackets (All hardware comes with the kit to bolt it right on).

We can offer etching onto the lowers as well (Pictured is a the Yamaha Star Logo). Provide a jpg image of whatever you want added to them for that custom, one of a kind look.

Available in Standard and Big Bar (cut so they will fit around the big bar engine guard).

Stainless Steel nuts & Bolts
5mm thick Acrylic
Aluminum brackets "Grained Finish"

Contact either CURT, ULTRASTAR, or WARDEN to order. Product available NOW. Ships promptly after ordering (however, custom graphics may add a couple days).

$150 per set (Indluces lower kit and shipping). (For RSC members, free engraving!)

That etched STAR logo looks amazing !!
Is the etching done on the backside of the panel? As to avoid getting bug guts and road dirt embedded into the nooks and crannies of the artwork?

Any fitment options for the OEM Quick Release mounts? with Cobra Fatty bar?

I don't have a design that works with the quick release but it looks like one could be made to work by attaching to the two bolts that hold the release spools on. The mount shown is the old style I made a newer one that fits all big bars and any other highway bars. It still mounts to the bike the same way so there my be issues with the mounting with the quick release and the big bar together. Only way I could design other configurations is if someone local has the correct configuration and they come over foe a design and fitment session. Some real precise measurements and picture's would help but may now be good enough.

That,s a coincident, I was making the old Buck lowers for our WSFH members. I was looking here if someone could cut and etching these acrylic parts.
My stainless hardware is signed and laser-cut by my son. A question to Warden, do you have the outlines and logo in CAD/dxf?
Sending the ready acrylic parts without the wholes is not a interesting option I suppose.

This was the example to work with.

And I will call them here also "The International Curt,s Lowers".

If you have been thinking about getting these, STOP thinking!!!! Get a set you will be amased how well they work. I use mine under my Memphis Shades batwing. Almost no wind , if I ride with a helmet with a face shield I keep it turned up, because it's not needed. One of the best mods you can have!!!!!'

Great work guys, a great product improved!!!
