Custom Hydraulic Hoses 2 Years, 9 Months ago
I've used TechnoFit many times for ordering custom made hydraulic hoses (for brake lines and my RoadWing installation that required a 60" hose).

You can pick the length, color wrap (over Stainless Braid), fittings, and the clocking.

-3 (pronounced "Dash Three" ) sized hose is what is most popular. It reflects the Inside Dimension of the hose.
To learn more about the structure of hoses you can go here for a great read (if anything, read page 2).

Ordering is simple. They are the cheapest (simple charge a base, length overage, and type of fitting) that I've been able to find and ship quickly.

Many colors to select from to make them very customizable.

Front Upper Brake Hose (Stock): 24" long, Straight Banjo, 20° Bend Banjo, 45° clocking.

How do you determine the correct length for a roadwing installation with a pump and where/what size do you get the 'banjo' bolts to fasten up to the components?

It all depends on where you locate the pump. I installed my in my fairing and had to measure with a piece of wire to get the length. I also figured in the rotation of the hose where I would be routing it (but there is a ton of forgiveness on a 5' hose). The equipment for a roadwing uses 8mm banjos. Hope that helps.

Here's how I did mine with the DChopper brackets. Warden's is similar I think. He told me to just order a 60" hose, but I routed some baling wire to do my own measurement (because I didn't trust him ) and got 60" anyway. I ordered my hose with 0° clocking and a 20° bend on each end. The hose runs down the front left frame rail, then along the top of the bottom rail.

Here you can see the 20° at the pump.

The shock banjo points straight down, and the 20° bend points the hose back up to the frame rail. No clocking would have been fine here, just would have turned the shock collar.

I'm going to try these for my front brake lines. Maybe a the rear line too. Great price! Just have to get the correct length and figure out the clocking.

Call them and ask for Stuart (owner). He already has stock measurements for our bikes.

I've got that but it says it needs 20°clocking for our brakes but they don't have a listing for that
