I started using aluminum crush washers since the day my local parts house ran out of copper.
Very pleased with the sealing ability.

https://www.amazon.com/Honda-94109-14000-Drain-Plug-Gasket/dp/B007JKPUUE These work great. 8 bucks for 50. way more than a lifetime supply for me. I found these on this forum a couple of years ago.
