Well first off, Please start a thread in the "introductions" to introduce yourself

Picture posting on this forum can be a bit of a challenge, most of us recommend photobucket for a hosting site. Your best best for purchasing a new manifold is to buy a ported one from Curt, a long time member here.

For a stock replacement you can find them at partzilla.com but if you want a replacement that will also give you better performance check with Curt on here. He takes new manifilds and "ports" them.

You didn't say if you had a 1600 or a 1700 but here is the part #'s and price for both. This is from Honda east in Toledo OH. I print their prices and my local dealer honors them in price match. If you order from them I think shipping is around $8

1700 5VN-13586-01-00 ! JOINT, CARBURETOR 1 $118.99(list) $73.88(retail)

1600 4WM-13586-01-00 ! JOINT, CARBURETOR 1 $81.96(list) $50.46(retail)

BTW

But you should start a new thread to introduce yourself and get a proper welcome.

from Illinois

From your FB post I can understand at the moment that you more worried about getting your bike running than introductions.

Post your picture on Photobucket and link to it, or if you get it in Facebook for now I can get it up here so you can get the experts opinions.

Edit: I thought you were trying to get picture of your manifold up, not your bike.

Here's your bike. If you want to introduce your self hit the EDIT button on my post here, and you can copy this information in to show a bike pick with your intro.

And then start another thread on your bike/manifold problems. These guys will give you the correct answer in 2 minutes.

It's between the jugs.

Hell I cant find a place in mine that isn't cracked.I believe that is why they fill them with rubber. Just for the simple fact that they (yamaha) knows that they are going to crack.

Mine was the same way. I smeared RTV silicone all over it - no more cracks and it doesn't leak.
