check out AFAB motorcycle table lifts ( www.afabonline.com) They sell prints for building your own. Very well detailed, very solid lift table

What about this option vs a traditional lift table? Anyone have experience with this or a similar lift? Much cheaper. 30” tall.

I almost bought that one but it takes up alot more room than the other bike jack when not in use. ImO the only advantage there is to having a table lift is that you can get to both sides of the bike un-obstructed to work on it. But then you still need to buy a table jack to lift the bike off the table to do any kind of work on it. I built a set of wood block jack stands to set the bike on so I can remove the jack to work on it up off the ground. It isn't as high in the air as a table lift but for the few times a year that I need the bike in the air it works out fine. I also set the bike on those stands for winter storage.

I had one of these (or something like it) when I had my shop going. Used it a lot... it's great for tire work.

Shores I have one of those and have used it several times. Like Dave pointed out it does kind of suck working on the side with the post. But I feel a lot better doing heavy work to the bike vs on just a bike jack. The straps are junk and should be thrown away upon opening the box and replaced with some good quality ones. I wouldnt trust them to hold my boots off the ground. The lift is not as nice as working off of the Titan lift table that Terry and I bought a couple years ago but still a decent lift to have for working on the bikes. Pretty nice having work at eye level while sitting on a shop stool.
DONT EVER break the knob that controls the bottle jack. You cant get replacements ... You dont wanna know, trust me

I have the second one you posted, the high lift. Got it way back when for my Intruder, and it will definitely pick up the R* too. Only thing that has bugged me is the post can sometimes get in the way. But, All I've ever needed to do was lower it, then reposition it to the other side and continue on my merry way. My brother high jacked the original tie-downs so I've been using other hold down straps all along with no problems. Bungee cords will help hold the front wheel straight. It does take up some space but it looks like it's a lot less than the table lift.
Oh, and it comes in handy when you need to replace a blade on a lawnmower, work on go-karts, and I've even used mine for painting things.
