Damn you, Roadstarclinic! 4 Years, 2 Months ago
My oldest brother introduced me to motorized two wheelers in the 50's by being allowed to 'ride the rack' of his '52 Cushman Eagle when I was about eight. I was hooked.

All my riding years I've been pretty frugal with my money. Raising a family was hard, and I only allowed myself to buy so-so, affordable bikes over the years, but scoots I had, none the less. Pretty much rode them the way they came til all I could do was give them away.

I'm my tenure, I finally allowed myself to go big (see siggy) and purchase something I am proud to own, and ride.

Herein starts my delimma. I can't stop google-eyeing all the bling that can be had for these things. All my free time is spent archiving RSC and getting more ideas by the minute.

Damn you, RSC!

Looking at all the fine rides that adorn the threads of this forums has got me wigging. My checking account, and dangerously close to my nest egg, is about to suffer a blow.

Oh, yea. Thanks! I'm lovin' it!

From Missouri. Just go to the Tech Forum and work your way down. That's pretty much what I've done and my marriage has suffered for it.

And the bags and fairing make them look better. Don't forget about the ED seat,Ride-on or dyna beads along with the C-2 tires, the Dyna 3000 when you install HC pistons. The Dual exhaust was one of my favorites. The Barons tach is a nice addition and also looks good mounted next to the Go-Pro camera on the Kong bars with internal wiring and SS cables/brake line. Now as much as these things are nice to have... Well I'm just sayin

I was drawn to these bikes solely on their size and look. Knew I wanted big v-twin and nothing looks as good as a roadstar sitting there stock.
Discovering the RSC and all the aftermarket stuff that's available is something I didn't realize before the purchase.
Feel very fortunate to have found this place.

BikerRon, you know mods don't have to be right away...I did mine in years...my bikes evolution took 10 years. But then this is the 3rd Version too. But good luck on your savings. Just treat her like your baby...you spend on your baby what she needs cause she's your baby... Kai

Fortunate: from the Latin "fortune" as in what the RSC will help you spend on your bike

(I know it's not Latin)

There are a lot of great mods you can do as you've seen on here. I'm still spending too.

My top three recommendations:

1. Driving lights - BE SEEN day and night!

2. Roadwing shock - WOW! Huge improvement in handling.

3. E.D. seats - long rides in comfort. Awwwww.

Well, AA, this place isn't. No communitive support what so ever in curbing the needed 'Fix' and keeping ones wits about the, "Dear, just one more accessory and I'll be done. I promise!"

Reminds me more of an opium den.

Very habitual, indeed!
