Thanks Roadie.
I really like having it facing forward, but you are right about water and debris. I just not think of that, but now that you pointed that out...
I will be making some adjustments

rginsbtx I had mine in almost the exact same place for years and never had a Issued

Well mines a 110 big bore so it runs hotter and never had any issues so I guess I had horse shoes

Your confusing air blockage from someone elses post with mine about water getting in the bottom horn being so low and facing forward

Mine has been mounted there for 7 years. It sits high and the fender protects it from water and road chips. Never had a problem with overheating. Prefer the sound going forward than off to the side. Scroll down to the last picture. That was 6 yrs. 10 months ago. Horn still looks and works as that day.
