Re:Long Term Update: 2014+ HD replica Mutazu bags 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I found some Harley saddlebags, the 2014+ style, I got them with-out any latch or hinge hardware. Looking on E-Bay it seems there are many sellers offering the same thing, the Chinese kits, reviews are mixed on the quality, so does anybody know what else is available in hardware kits, other than OEM ? What have you guys who have installed the newer bags used for hardware?

Thanks in advance

Rick

I am a Mutazu bag convert. Just ordered the bags. Turning one of the bikes into a bagger. My bike mobile will be used for service calls. Thus the bags are a tax write off, along with the bike since it is used for business. My van gobbles the gas so the bike will save money on fuel. get a logo with a monkey holding a wrench and call it, "Mobile Monkey Wrench".

If it is broke, fix it. If it is not, make it better!

May have missed it....but what brackets are you guys using to mount these?
They look great and have been thinking of swapping out the stock hard bags for a while now.

Plus using the available softail mounts (included at that price) made it very easy to install and they keep the bags well supported. And since they're direct replicas of the 2014+ HD factory hard bags, all parts are interchangeable with OE and other HD aftermarket parts! (This is a big plus... read on.)
