Triumph makes some fine models... when tested in the magazines, the Triumph model often does well, and often beats the rest. There appears to be more/better engineering that goes into the suspension and braking, ergonomics, etc.

I'd have one, but I've got 4 Yamis... and really should sell one or two.

Then I could get a Triumph!

I have owned 2 Hinckley Triumphs and 4 Original Triumphs. Enjoyed them all. The new ones were a 1998 Tiger 900 and a 1999 Trophy 1200.

Back in the day, I had a 62 200cc Tiger Cub, and a 65 T 120 Bonneville, love those back then.

I love my Triumph. If I had the room, I'd have a Thunderbird. But, I don't need two big bikes, and my Road Star isn't going anywhere.

If I was to buy a new bike it would be that Triumph bobber or and Indian Scout and I'm leaning Triumph.
go look at it. In particular look at the radiator, most amazing job hiding that thing. super thin in front of down tubes but kind of between them. Amazing.
