Vstar 1100 enricher control on the Roadie? 1 Year, 1 Month ago
Happy new year fellow bikers
Wondering if this is feasible.
Installing the enricher control mechanism from a Vstar 1100 on our Roadie?
Maybe switching the whole left handle bar controls ?

What do you guys think?

The 1100 has dual carbs, so there are 2 cables at the bottom end. I've thought over the same thing before, but never bothered to find one that had long enough cables. You will most likely need the left bar switch housing as well to make it work. TimB at Metric Magic knows our bikes and 1100s very well and could most likely give you any ups and downs to be aware of in this arrangement. If you are not a frequent cable luber, it would be in your best interests to become one with a long enrichener cable.

I believe they only needed to swap boxes & add the 1100 choke cable. I only sold them the parts.
