Nice work, but due to the physics of a simple pulley system, doesn’t that require twice the travel of the cable to move the lever at the engine the necessary distance to disengage the clutch?

I've found a lot of times on my older bikes, that just lubing the cable itself helps a lot. But don't use chain lube as it gets sticky after awhile. I used to use a good quality lithium based lube on my dirtbikes,,,, I even still have the cable luber attachment from back then,,,,

Easiest way to lube a cable, cheaply.

I did notice after some research that CNC make Universal slave cylinder but it would be finding a master cylinder and will that even work to reduce the pull the appropriate size

It all seems to boil down to achieving mechanical advantage for a given distance at the handle and clutch pull arm down below.

Defeating physics is a bitch.
