Hey Guys
Toby goes in for his surgery on friday. I will keep you posted with how he is doing. He has been a very grumpy bear today, because they scheduled it so quickly and it is a little scary having things that cut working on, you know... his jewels.
The Dr is very confident things will be fine, I am just glad they got him scheduled so quickly. He will be much happier once it is all said and done.

will post on friday when he is in recovery =)

*hugs* to all

well he had his biopsy, on his prostate which is actually quite the ordeal. It came back cancer free, but he still needs surgery to make the prostatic urethra opening larger so he can empty his bladder all the way in one attempt, instead of having to pee every 15 to 20 minutes around the clock. (and sometimes twice in a 10 minute period)

Recovery takes a couple weeks, then 2 months to wean off of the flowmax medication, and make sure his flow is good.

He isn't looking forward to the procedure, but the TURP procedure is pretty light weight compared to what they would be doing if he had cancer in his prostate.

He will be wanting to get back on the bikes before 2 weeks is up you watch lol
when they did his 4 disc fusion in his neck, he was trying to ride his motorcycle 2 weeks into the 6 week recover period

Anyway, he is a bit more cheerful today. He says "lets git 'er done!" He doesn't want anything getting in the way of our next riding season.

Yahoo!!! Glad to be the one to give you the bell. Did you have one on your crashed Roadstar? Was it given to you by a friend or did you buy it yourself?

I had the rotor router work done. No big deal! I suppose Toby is having more done though. I wish him well.

Oops! That may have been your problem! They only work if a friend gives it to you.
