Looks great

(what did you use for breathing/ventilation in the booth.

(The one part paints aren't as bad, but I've thrown my scuba regulator on when working in tight spots with the two part paints. )

So to answer some of the questions. The booth was PVC pipe 1 inch and heavy paint drop cloth sheets 9 x 12 feet taped together and secured to the frame floor was the same with the heavy duty paint drop cloth. The drop calls from Lowe's were like $3.50 a piece. For ventilation I got a cheap 10 inch fan from Walmart for $7. I taped it into a hole that I cut at the floor of one side of the pain booth on the opposite side I took two sheep 16 x 20 furnace filters and secure them in place with tape as well. I bought a full suit used for mold and pesticide application that had boots a hood and the bodysuit all in one piece from Home Depot and I got the 3M n95 respirator from Home Depot as well for $30. It's also recommended that you use chemical goggles that they sell at Home Depot as well since the 2K clear has isocyanide which can be absorbed Through The Eyes . Pretty much everything else you can see from the pictures the fenders are sitting on Lumber roller stands with the rollers removed bought those from Harbor Freight. I was going to use motorcycle tires that I had sitting around to hang on to the paint stands and then put the fenders on directly on the tires but that was only necessary while I was sanding before I painted the fenders. After that I remove the tires and just put them directly on the stands as you can see in the photographs. Ventilation work pretty well garage door open spray get out of the booth let it flash go back into the booth another coat what that flash go back in the booth and so on.

The paint that I used all came from little daddy Roth since they don't charge shipping and it was black primer two cans four cans of base coat greasy black three cans of metal flake four cans of red cherry candy and 4 cans of 2K clear

I spent the afternoon wet sanding with 800 Grit 1000 grit 1500 grit 2000 grit and it doesn't look like I'm going to need to do another coat of clear so I'm ready to polish which I'll do tomorrow and I'll post pics of the finished pieces then. So by tomorrow night I should have everything assembled and back together and I'll post pics as I go.

Well pictures of finished bike have to wait. Damn it. I had to pick doing metal flake instead of just shooting color and now dealing with the com Pl lexity of the job. After spending hours cut and polish ended up going through the clear in sections trying it get it smooth and exposed some flake. Now have to order a can of candy and clear from Lil Daddy Roth to try one more coat over exposed sections on tank and then clear everything again. Looks good otherwise.
