My Mom has back trouble and about 7 years ago received the shots and they worked some. The doctors told her nothing more could done. In 2011, at 81yr old my Mom found a doctor who recommended she have laser surgery which she did at the Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. - that surgery provided instant and long term relief. If you haven't already received a second or third opinion, you might want consider getting other opinions.
