Unless it got corroded in place that mine did. I finally got it out, took some doing. This is about my 3rd or 4th one. this was the only one that gave me issues. That looks pretty wore out. could have also deformed the bushing so it's pushing out and stuck. It does have a tight tolerance to start with.
