You wouldn't think that .5mm was that much more until you look at the area of the different openings. stock 2.0mm = 3.14 sq mm Suzuki 2.5mm = 4.90 sq mm Grizzly 3.0mm = 7.07 sq mm Scott B.

Ok replaced the valve today still waiting on fuel filter. Pulled screen in carb, vented gas cap. What a pain in the ass to remove the set screws holding down the floats and old valve but all went well, just waiting for the rest to see how it works. Also spent the day soldering up wires and getting rid of but connectors. Cant wait to try it out

Ok after being sick all weekgit the fuel filter on tonight, going to fire it off tomorrow. Something crossed my mind today about this whole set up. With the pump I could run around 165 to 175 miles on a tank of gas, will this go up or down now?? Or should it stay about the same??

Fuel mileage shouldn't change unless something else was changed. My fuel mileage stayed the same. Scott B.

It runs great, idles good, throttles good, started with a 1/8 a tank of gas, all is well so far still havent taken it out yet though still to sick with this dame cold maybe tomorrow if it nice.

Got stuck going pumpless, got the new valve in, can I do the exhaust pipes without re-jetting? I have to guess not, but, is it more economical to run high or low RPM's? Any input would be appreciated. TTFN tinker

You don't normally change jets when adding pipes. A slight tweak of the PMS maybe. You only need to change jets, needle clip, etc., when you change the airbox.
