That's cause your truck ate someone's car.
it's got indigestion?
I know you wrecked it a while back, sounds like the repair shop has your suspension geometry way out. I've got a 3500 Cummins dually M/C that is as smooth as silk, and never had any issues with my last Dodge either. If you're lifted then it is pretty easy to get it out of line (Jeeps are notorious for it), so I'd take it to a suspension shop and have them check the geometry before you do so serious damage or lose control of it.
Notorious issue, even on new trucks. There's a bunch of YouTube videos on the dodge death wobble. Crap is falling off the inside of the truck in one of them.

Stevie, didn't you have your ex wife's new husband fix your truck?
Maybe she is trying to tell you something...

The fabled Harley Death Wobble. It is reported and many say it has happened to them. Close inspection usually finds a rear tire out a alignment, and or tire wear and under inflated tires. Not saying it does not happen, but it is really most likely a matter of proper maintenance. My Roadie would start a side to side wobble when the front tire got about 70% worn as the left side was now more worn than the right. My Harley is pretty similar in that as my front tire got almost worn out I could induce a minor wobble at slow speed decelerating. The real issue is that people tend to over react to the wobble and hold on tight and fight and that is the worst thing you can do. It is recommended that you hold on only as tight as needed and then let the bike right itself as you either decelerate or accelerate gently. I have had many bikes and all of them will wobble at some point depending on a multitude of variables. Racers often see a wobble in hard turns if the surface is not smooth.
I have ridden a lot of Harley's and own 2 myself, and have never really had an issue that would lead to a tank slapper. Hope none of us ever does

I had the dealer do the coil lift and they are taking it in for the tie rod recall next tuesday
I'm gonna have them check everything foe wear , tighten up everything and they'll do an alignment with the tie rod replacement
maybe that'll take care of it

Did a 90 mph death wobble on my Rodie a few days ago, applied heavy rear brake, and came right out of it, don't know what caused it, but it has me thinking of getting rid of my car tire on the back, and putting new springs and oil in my front forks.

I put a set of Bilstein shocks on the front and a double dampner setup on the front stabilzer.
Fixed mine right up.
