The 2012 Softail Deluxe is a Twin Cam 103B (1684 CC) and it has a 6 speed transmission. The EVO engine was an 80 ci (1340 cc) it was produced from 1984 to 1999 and was replaced by the Twin Cam in 2000. That is a bad picture so not sure what it rally is but it is not what they say it is They have not had 4 speed transmissions since the Pan Head that went out of production in 1983. It has rear shocks on the sides instead of underneath.
