Moving to Missouri 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago
We sold the house here in New York and have moved in the daughters house in Missouri until we find new jobs and a house. She said to take our time and so we aren't going to. We have been busy with the move having taken a 26 foot truck down 4 weeks ago and then a22 foot truck along with a 15 foot truck too. Still had to leave behind a whole wife's charger rt and the roadster. We are right now back in ny to drive them back to Missouri meaning she is driving her car and I'm riding the roadster. 1200 miles. Going to take 2 days of riding and the second time I've done this type of long distance riding across states. The last time I did this was back in 1982 when I was 16. Leaving tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.

Congrats on the move, and good luck. Hope everything works out for you. We just got done moving from south Florida, to north Florida, and it took 3 20' U-Haul trucks and a U-Haul trailer for all of our stuff. Five hours up, and right back for another trip. So five hours both ways each time and the final trip to get my wife's car, and my Roadie. All in all it was worth it.

Best of luck on the move and have a safe ride. We just moved from South Florida to Georgia last year and your truck assortment sounds familiar. We had a 28 foot Upack and later made another trip with a 16 foot rental to clean out storage. That doesn't include a trash load and a bunch of giveaways, some of which I wish I still had.

Good luck on the move and pending job and house hunt! Hope your move and trip on the bike goes well. What part of Misery are you moving to? Penguin and company is riding down from NY in a few days to the Eureka Springs M&G. Maybe tag along with them for some bike company!

Best wishes on your new future. Try to find a motel with a hot tub, you will thank me later

Hoping for a safe ride and beautiful weather for your travels.

I can tell you that moving yourself really sucks. For 20 years the military moved everything for us and it was great. We did sell a lot but also gave away so much more to a local church which was not trashy at all.

We're about 90 miles south of St.Louis. Been to O'Fallon a couple of times. Let me know if you're going to Eureka Springs and we can hook up for the trip.

Turk 56 is in a little town on the west edge of St Louis. I think he is heading down to Eureka Springs on Thursday.
