#711350 Oldschoolpaulie (User) Junior Boarder Posts: 187 Engine Serial number registry? 4 Years, 3 Months ago   Anyone know of an online engine serial number registry, or any other such resource? I'd like to find out more about the motor in my bike, as I don't think its the original motor. They were able to tell me when and where my bike was manufactured. My email was dated April. I got a response in September. This was the contact info at the bottom of their email to me. Might come in handy for you or someone else. Well, I'm in Thailand, and my bike is 13 years old. I'm sure if they have access to my engine number info, they can access just about anyone's info. After purchasing my 2001R last year went to the dealer to have it serviced (oil change, inspection etc) they told me in a few hours that a recall existed and it had not been completed.
