Finally made reservations at Lloyds checking in on the 12th and out on the 17th. It took some phone and email messages, but did get through. Also went for a short ride on Saturday afternoon, long enough to warm up engine for an oil change. Looking forward the trip and hoping to find time enough to go.... I'm planning this to be a 2 week ride. May start out in Nashville first.....
By the Way, someone took my Room! Who reserved Room#1 at Lloyds? 
As for the Shrimp Fest Joe and Frances are planning... please don't count me in the numbers..... I don't do seafood.... but will manage something else. Think I can afford to skip a meal.  |

Just reserved my room at the Best Western in Blairsville, GA for Tuesday night (September 12). I believe Grant and Gus will be there as well. We plan on riding the area on Wednesday and getting to Lloyds on Wednesday evening.

My trip is still tentative this year for a variety of reasons. Between working fulltime in a law office and consulting on several election campaigns leave me with little time and energy for riding. Six of my candidates in this years elections are in primaries and Primary elections in New York State are the 2nd Tuesday in September, this year, September 12th.
If I do make the trip, I want to visit my son who will be working in Nashville for 3 weeks and leaving on Sept 10, so I may try to spend that weekend with him in Nashville for some beers, BBQ and music to celebrate his birthday on 9/11.

Sounds good. When you plan on getting there? We probably won't be there till 6:00 or 7:00 that night.

Damn you guys are making me jealous, wish I could be there this year. The step son is gonna be graduating boot camp in October and gotta save up airfare to Texas so can't make it. Have fun guys, post pics and be safe.
Hey you gonna make Preston and the Hardley ride in the back, lol. Sorry Preston it's a nice looking bike though.
