Harbor Freight Lift Table? 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago
Who has used this? Any good? Suggested modifications? Better inexpensive alternatives?

I think that one goes on sale all the time for just under $300.

Re:Harbor Freight Lift Table? 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago
My friend has one and we have used it several times. It's good. We added tie downs along both sides, and put on running boards to make it easier getting the bike on and off the lift. The front tire holder is cheap, I wouldn't trust it to hold the bike up! The running boards have to be removed to raise and lower the bike and to work on the bike in most cases. And in hindsight, my friend really wished he had bought a pneumatic lift. He's actually saving so he can get one! But this one will get the job done.

I picked one up, used, for $200.00
They are ok!
The p.o. used it for a sportster.
Once I loaded my 1700 on it, the access panel warped. It has no reinforcement on the panel.
It does what it is supposed to do.

I don't have the table but I have had their lift for years. It's always worked well for me, and of course all my friends that don't have one!!!

Know several people that have one, the wheel chock could use some improvement. It is on sale right now for $299 (sale ends EOM) but it is on sale off and on during the year. There are all sorts of mods, heard of electric lift ones, better wheel chocks, tie down points etc.

Here is a Google Search of a bunch of them to get your creative juices flowing.

Don't own one...just a choice.

That's a nice one for only $450 for just the lift.

I would want the whole setup for $795. The center jack is a must, without it all you are doing is getting the bike higher in the air and still can't do any more service than if it were on the ground. The only thing I wouldn't care about is the wheel balancer.
