Carry or not to carry is a personal choice, and comes with lots of responsibility, and if you choose to use it, your life will change legally and financially. Kdavid, You asked why a locked case. Here in CA it is up to the county Sheriff to set the requirements for CCW, and here in Santa Barbara CA the sheriff has said nobody but his men will have CCW, and the only way to legally transport a handgun in CA is locked in the trunk or a suitable locked container. I travel extensively, and trying to adhere to the laws of the land takes a lot of effort, and I have a lot to lose. So sometime I go the extra mile just to ensure I'm in compliance. I'm Sorry Guys I didn't mean to jump up on my soap box, but this subject is important to me. I am legal to carry almost everywhere I travel, and because of one person (the sheriff of Santa Barbara county) I can not exercise my constitutional rights in my home state.

Depending on where I am going, I carry a Glock 23 in a Fobus, a Para .45 in a Fobus Yaqui or a SIG P238 in a Nemesis in my cargo pants thigh pocket...I try to avoid any state that will not allow me to carry when and how I choose...I agree...I see no point in having a firearm in a saddlebag...I lovem this rig

JD, where do you get the Vest from? I tried a Google search and came up empty. I did find this vest: http://www.amazon.com/BLUE-STONE-SAFETY-OLIVE-CONCEALMENT/dp/B006YDN2C0

Glock 19 Crossbreed IWB, Kel-Tec P3AT in either my Crossbreed Pocket Rocket (Back Pocket) or Fobus Ankle, Glock 26 Galco Ankle Glove. Not always all at once but sometimes, because I can.

I got it from Dennis Kirk it was on close out when I got it. Got the brand wrong. It's Mossi. It has RN # 96420 and. Has BCS 20-108BN on the back of the care tag. BCS is the parent company.

Wearing tennis shoes, t-shirts, and cargo shorts most of the year in Florida I find that a wallet holster for my Keltec P3AT in my cargo pants front bottom pocket works great. .380 caliber packs a punch between a 32 and a 9mm while remaining lightweight (11 oz) Link below:

I have a semi-tangent question:

Is a flare gun technically considered a firearm?
