Agree with all above. A decent port job on the intake manifold helps low to mid range torque noticeably. I had a lower rpm flat spot with my Longshots and K&N RA-066V air filter. Porting the manifold virtually eliminated that flat spot.
My opinion, dyno tuning a Road Star with stock internals is a waste of money at this point. The info given above is accurate, and IF you take that jetting to a dealership running a dyno, they are going to tell you the bottom end is rich. The problem with a dyno is the device can not produce front wheel rolling resistance OR wind resistance, nor does the drum produce the same inertial moment resisting acceleration as your bike with rider on board. Also, the “method” of the roll-on to produce the relative torque curve (which is all that is truly measured. Horsepower is calculated from the REAL measurement of torque) is somewhat flawed, because nobody whacks the throttle open at 30mph in 4th gear and expects to fire off to the moon immediately. Unless you just want a number to brag (or not) about, save your dyno money. You don’t need to pay someone for data you were just given for free.
