Thanks stinger your post makes me feel better about drilling. I just bought the bike in early January and haven't been able to ride (michigan weather) The bike is just barely broken in with 1000 mi's on it.The little that I have run it , it seems to be a little rich at idle after running for about 10-15 mins when I shut it down I can hear a little pop from the exhaust. is this normal?

Pop on shutdown is normal. Why do you say "a little rich at idle". If you have the choke out it will be rich. Doc

The few times I have run it, it has run long enough to push the choke in and rev without back firing.

Hard to tell what it's really doing if you can't ride it. What you need is some good weather and a good long ride to get aquainted with your scoot. When you can ride, twist it up good & blow it out. Afterwards, you can tell a lot more about what it needs for adjustments. It may not need any!

Want anxiety, drill your tins. Drilling your fenders will give you some anxiety. I've done it a lot. Each time makes me a little nervous. Welcome to the clinic!
