Not anything really useable. The torque peak is around 3800 RPM or so, so the torque is falling, and the HP gain between 4750 and 5000 ain't much at all. Just room to make some more noise unless you do internal work. Here's a 1600 Dyno chart. You can see the HP has flattened out by 3500 RPM. The peak internal efficiency has passed and is in decline in the lower trace, and the upper one it is sustained, but still flat. This is a 1700 Dyno chart from the Star web site showing the massive difference in stage IV modifications, which are big time internals and ignition module change. The difference in price between a good to great condition 1600, versus a comparable 1700, may be as much as 2k. Other then the tranny recall, which is a freebie, some of the early 1600's have experienced failures of the oil pump drive gear/shaft.
