if you dont put some turnout on the bottom you will blow dirt on your ride every time you start it, you will have to think ahead as to where you park it, mort

Definitely wasn't thinking about that Mort. My driveway is all dirt so I way want to look into something I can at least slip over the tips to redirect the flow

Just keep in mind that slick seat, Brent. I'm 240, and have a curb behind my butt, and a much heavier bike and the 1600 motor. When I roll WOT, I'm glad for the curb. Just something to ponder.
We wouldn't want to see you in a fail video on the WWW.

looks good bud. along with a turnout tip i would shorten them a bit too. they are sticking down past the frame a good amount and i would hate to here you snaged them on the ground in a tight rh turn

Yea i made sure to leave extra for my professional hacksaw skills

any ideas on turn outs? What if I put a plug in the end and cut a nice slot in the side of the pipe? I rather not ruin the straight down look....

Like this...

Pipes be done.

Question:
I don't need horn turns and lights hooked up for this beast to start properly correct?

Your pipe design looks like it should work fine. Just make sure you're happy with the baffles before you weld that in. What would be ideal is a sort of plug that slips inside the pipe and is held in place by a screw, that way you can remove it to get at the baffles.

And I don't see why bike shouldn't start with lights, etc., not connected.
