I think I caught a case of Warden-itis ... 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Hi, my name is Jeff & I have a problem.

I just bought a 3rd Roadstar, this one's a 2000 in that glorious purple bluish the 2000s came in.
It's a beater cosmetically but only has 13,352 miles on it, clear title, brand new tires & after literally 2 or 3 minutes just adjusting the carb runs really well.
The guy I bought it from had it for about a year intending to fix it up but didn't even know how to take the seat off.
I think I'm just going to murder it out & do a quick & dirty bobber with it.

Confession is good for the soul my son, but only Warden can absolve you of your sins.

That's a real beauty yea, well wait a min....ohh no pic. OK, sure you got another one, I bought 3 of 'em yesterday myself. Y'know, murdering bikes is nothing new. I remember back in 1980 I saw the first one I remember. It was an 80" Flathead H-D owned by a girl who had just got out of the Army when I met her. I never did know her real name, she went by Soupy, perhaps a sexual connotation, I wouldn't know, I didn't know her that well. That bike was totally murdered, wheels, spokes, tins, everything but the light lenses. She said she got it from her Grandfather. The local hangout at the time was a bar called the OK Corral. I remember seeing her out there in the parking lot, kicking that thing for what seemed like forever. Others volunteered to help but she refused all help. You could smell it, she had flooded it big time. She never gave up and eventually it fired for her. One tough little gal.

If it required that much effort every time, the “Soupy” part may have been lather
