A locksmith told me it is harder to pick or bump than your standard every day lock like a masterlock.

That's a neat looking lock. Years ago this lock was posted about on the RSR forum for the steering lock: http://www.masterlock.com/business-use/product/6325 I've used it ever since. I think the only way to get it off would be with a torch.
