OK, BUB exhaust, BAK air cleaner, '01 1600. I replaced Main with Barons 170, Pilot with Mikuni 37.5, PMS set at 2.5 turns out. Riding around in 30 - 50 mph. range has nice smooth low rumble when shutting down throttle.Went on nice High-speed ride yesterday and has fairly high loud popping when shutting down throttle. How should I adjust the PMS for this problem ?

Are you saying that it pops on decel?
Yes

Is your AIS removed? Should be.

+1 If it is also check to see if the cap plugging the vacuum port on the top of the intake manifold is in good shape and not cracked or split. Could also be an indication of and exhaust leak at either the heads or at any seam connection of the exhaust.

You can try turning the PMS in to 2 turns and see what happens. you have 2 threads going on this stick to only one of them. I just answered in the other thread and come to this one and found an answer for what I said in the other.

So you think my Carb. is rich ?
