If you lived closer I would let you borrow my 77" by 10 it has the flip over front chocks, you can ride it on and get off without doing anything and it will stand up straight. Then tie it down. If the trailer has sides a 6ft wide would be a problem if you have bags or crash bars.

I will say the U-Haul trailer weight fools you.

I went to pickup a sled in Pennsylvania and rented an open 6x12 instead of hauling by big enclosed trailer back and forth.

It turned out that little open trailer weighed more than my enclosed one.

I have a nice aluminum trailer, but U-Hauls are galvanized, very heavy duty setups. Overbuilt to last for ever and take abuse.
