They wanted to generate more revenue, so they raised the rates. The end product, is only those who have to use it, still use it. The rest of us avoid it like the plague. I wonder how long it'll take advertisers to figure out the traffic at Photobucket has fallen off noticeably, and their advertising dollars would be better spent elsewhere. Money talks. This is a huge hit to the photo resource RSC was in the past.
