Sorry Tug, the only thing I know about beach bars around here are the ones that advertise Heinekin and MGD, we have a hell of a cold snap coming in next week

I installed barons nostalgia bars.....they are a 36 inch beach bar style handle bar....used Kury grips with Kury end weights...makes it 38 inches wide...if you use OEM risers and remove headlight to reroute all cables behind front forks it works!! and I prefer the cleaner look of front end??.....my 2 cents...Mikey.....

I used to have Baron's Big Johnson bars on my bike. According to Baron's site, the dimensions of the bars are: Width: 38, Rise: 5", Pullback: 13". I went +2" in stainless and the fit was perfect. Probably could have made the stock work, but it would have been real tight.

Tug
I had the Burly beach bars and the only thing I changed was the brake line going down to the brake T. I have since gotten rid of the beach bars and if you decide to go that route I have a russel steel braided line that you will need, I can save you some money. Just P.M.me if your interested.

Re:beach bars 7 Years ago
i redressed the cables from the guides, +4" on the brake line and +8" on the wiring.
could use 2-4" on the throttle and clutch just so they dress better.
