Drive belt rear sprocket 6 Months, 1 Week ago

I have my rear wheel off get nail removed from tire and was wondering if there is any maintenance that should be done to the rear drive belt sprocket. I'm assuming a good cleaning is in order but what about anything else.
I'm mainly talking about the wedge shaped rubber buffers that the sprocket goes over.

Nothing. I've never even cleaned mine. You should inspect the pulley teeth but I've never heard of anybody needing to replace one

I always spray the wedges with a silicone spray after cleaning them. It makes it go back together a little easier. I also grease the bearings. I very carefully remove the black seal that is installed on the ball bearing and pack grease into them then reinstall the seal. There is also a needle bearing in the hub that should have a little grease packed into it.

+1...also clean the pulleys and belt with warm soapy water and dry them good. No lube here.

The silicone spray just conditions the rubber and helps the 2 pc's slide together easier. Not a must but I do it.
