They're called Softail Conversion Mounts for HD Touring Saddlebags:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mutazu-Softail-Conversion-Mounts-for-Mounting-Harley-Touring-Hard-Bags-/391011481645?hash=item5b0a19b82d:g:WIgAAOSwgjhVJBFe&vxp=mtr

If you search ebay for "Softail Conversion Mounts" you can find them cheaper. However, if you want to order everything through Mutazu, just call them and tell where you saw it cheaper and they'll likely match the price. They're also available in chrome for a little more.

Do these brackets bolt right on or do they require modification to fir roadstar? Thanks

There is a very minor modification *IF* you have true dual exhaust... If not, there will be a little more work involved. This is due to the front mounting point on the saddlebag supports.

As you can see below, I simply drilled a hole in my exhaust support. This was easy. If you don't have true duals, you wont have the support on the left side of the bike, and you'll need to fab a small mounting bracket.

Thank you for replying, I do not have duals. Could you measure from mounting holes in the fender to the bottom of the bag bracket please. I don't think these will fit with v&h longshots. Thank you for your assistance! Also chromenator if you happen to read this I would like to come see your bag setup if possible. I think your not to far from me. Thx

Looking at your pics I don't think they will fit (with my pipes),but maybe the ears can be cut from the top bar and new ones welded up to fit under the top bar and front bolt where the pegs mount raising the bag and mount. I have no passenger seat and am not safe enough to carry a passenger. Where does your front bag mount attach compared to the swing arm pivot?
