WOW sitting for 3 years I suggest you have the carb clean with an ultra sonic vat. The carb needs all rubber and plastic removed and vatted with a vibratory vat. That will clean all the passages and jets out. As for what jetting you should have what air filter do you have on the bike? Your elevation is 594 ft so you can also put the in your profile. Some of the guys like to go with 37.5 or 40 pilot jets which are Mikuni jets the stock pilot is a 35 Mikuni jet. If you have no air or exhaust leaks I would start with a 35 Mikuni if the doesn't do it for you then move to a 37.5 or 40. The Mikuni jets have a R on them and a box inside a box symbol the pilot jets are marked on the side with the symbols and size. The main jet will depend on what air filter you have.

Noticed that when I turned the key switch on the fuel pump didn't turn over. The relay/module before the pump clicks once and stops. Anyone had this issue? I'm assuming it is bad cuz it isn't normal. Module/ pump replacement? I don't know. Both? Sure

If the bowl is full of fuel, the pump won't run, until the level drop and relieves the pressure on the needle and seat.
If you think it is the pump, you can run a piece of 5/16 fuel line, directly from the petcock on the tank to the carb, and try that. The bike will run fine like that, to test it out.

The carb was bone dry. Just gravity fed gas to the carb by rigging up a bottle and some fittings and it started on the first attempt.

Then run a 5/16 fuel line from the petcock to the carb, and see how it does. You can get by without the pump.

Re:Bike won't start 3 Years, 7 Months ago
So the issue was a couple years ago I relocated the fuel pump to under the right side seat covers. It was a post I saw on this site. The fuel wasn't making it down to the pump and back up to the carb. I think it's the relay but does anyone know how to test the pump?

Turn the key on(don't start the bike), and have the hose running to the carb not attached. It should pump fuel out onto the ground(or into a jug) non-stop.
