All my pics are with my phone..8 megapixel....but when I pull them off photobucket, they go right on here....they even look small to me.

No problem Chief, at least for me. Kilobyte size is just too big and I didn't realize it. I think I did everything else right.

I can resize in windows live photo gallery but maybe that isn't getting it right. I'LL try one of the others.

Hey cpo...how come my sig pic is small on here?? Ive always done it the same way as you say? Mine look half the size of everyone elses.

the dimensions of your picture are only 319 pixels by 180 pixels, increase those dimensions and the picture will be bigger, sorry cant be more specific, its been a LONG time since I was on the forum and not the expert I MIGHT have been before
