I guess it's a frame of mind. Ever have a flat at speed? Like maybe run over a nail at the start of a trip and it goes flat on the road and the 1st curve you are abruptly informer? At about that point you are strictly a passenger! If your lucky enough to get it stopped without using the hand grips.... you'll break your arm patting yourself on the back.

I have used slime before, in my case it didn't work, it was just a roofing nail hole and slime kept coming out of the hole and I kept putting more in and it just made a mess and never really sealed.
Mind you it wasn't the new slime for bikes. Hope that is better and more sticky.

But if your laid off and doing research on becoming a career bank robber and spike strips pop up as an occupational hazard that could seriously increase my workers comp insurance premiums. So I ran across this product and thought maybe some construction workers who ride to work may like it. No matter how expensive it is, Ridding on is pretty cool.

I know I don't ride very much, but i still have yet to have a tire that didn't get a nail, screw or cut in it. Lets see 4 days after I mounted my new tire I had a nail in it.

Those are the prices they quote on the Rhino Tire web site...guess that's what you pay for having flat-proof tires. They don't make their own tires, seems they simply buy popular brands and "treat" them to become solid tires. They had Avon, Metz, Conti, etc.

Wait now, It's just Ride on or Slime on steroids, It's like a spray in glue sealer type stuff, tire is not solid. This stuff is always tacky, moves only to seal a hole.

The price is not bad considering. If your doing an Iron Butt or part of some touring group out on a long range mission it's your duty to be prepared like that against tire failures so the trip goes well and your not the one holding up the ride. That's almost priceless.

Really? That's all it is? Well, my mistake & I sit corrected. From the illustrations on their website, I got the feeling they were filling tires with some revolutionary space-age material originally designed by NASA or something. They're just selling tires and some goop to go in them.

I guess I did pretty good paying $20 for my two bottles of Ride On, then...sounds like pretty much the same thing.

Idoeknow, what I saw looked like a spray and it said that it was a spray, Tire still holds air though, that's why they keep spraying it with water as a demo.

Anyhow, be cool for someone to test it out. This stuff VS the Ride On and see what one does better. I think this stuff will do better as ride on and slime depend a lot more on repeated rotation to seal, this stuff stays where it's at all the time. To me that means better balance and storage too.
