These seem to go on without any guards. As an alternative. Hit the picture tab and then look at picture 2 to see a big picture of how they really look.

I had something similar, mounts to the frame, problem is there is really only one place to mount them which is too high, though these appear to be more adjustable.

I bought the barons bar from a friend and have kury dually's on them for. Nice fit and very adjustable. I mounted silver bullets on the bar as well and will probably use it for something else. By far this is more comfortable than the the frame mounted ones.

You can mount hiway pegs on anyof them. I have the 1 1/2 inch cobra fatty on mine with pegs and at 5'9" they happened to work out just perfect with the pegs I put on. Matter of fact I can even press on the rear brake with my heel and my foot on them.

I had the Yamaha small engine guards with the Kury ISO Dual pegs mounted on them. This worked pretty well, but I changed it out for the Lindby "mustache" bar and love that set up. More protection and the foot position of the integrated pegs is better.

If you are interested I have the small engine gaurds and Kury pegs I was getting ready to sell. They were mounted about 18 months. The bars have some small marks where the pegs mounted and the pegs are in very good condition, but not perfect. I do not have all of the mounting bolts as 2 of them had to be drilled when I removed the floor board bolts.
