Hello Everyone, hope all is well with you guys. We are busy getting our 6th Annual Blessing of the Bikes ready (April 30 th). We would like some input on what you would like to see this year at our meet & greet? Are you guys still planning clinics for Saturday? Give us ideas on food ,fun, entertainment? Thanks

Hi JJ, Long time no see. I've been there three times and have not been on the water. Maybe we could do a boat ride around the lake? Just a idea.

JJ, You guys already do such a great job. I am happy to be coming back again for the fourth time. Any chance you could put me in touch with a local shop that sews on your patches? I want to see if we can get them to set up shop for a few hours so our guys and gals can get caught up on their vests. I don't know about you guys, but my vest pocket is full of "when I get around to it" patches. I'm sure it would be worth their while.

Warden should be able to hook you up.
He ran in to few at the club last year.

As for everything else, I'm not sure how much input is needed.

JJ and Eagles always have first class setup for us.

I know two years ago the ride was long, then rained out the next year, and cut a little shorter last year while dealing with the raffle.

We might need to see what every thinks for the length of the ride this year.
Some like a long ride, many think they do enough riding to and from Celina, and that the time together is more important.

The caves were on the list for when we got rained out, I don't know if that would be worth putting back on the table or not.

Thanks Again.

As for the riding, I know I've heard of Celina as being referred to as the boring M&G. I enjoy the time we get to spend chatting and hanging out but the year we went to the truck muse and into Indiana during the ride, to me that was a great ride for Saturday. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it. I will admit last year seemed kinda short but it was still a great weekend. I know alot of guys enjoyed the tech sessions in the parking lot and look forward to watching those again. It seems like we are way down on the attendance count this year so I hope it still turns into a good weekend.

I do plan on being there again this year. Last year was a totally FUBAR'd year for us. Still kinda is, but it's a lot better now. I've been to them all except for last year. The huge one with the long ride, the rained out one, the first one where it was a million degrees and I had a broken foot still from my crash.

I honestly don't go for the ride. It's fun and I like it. But I really like hanging out with everyone and talking. I go to the Smokey Mountian meet for the ride (and the shenanigans after hours ). Hell, I go there twice a year for the riding. That place is motorcycle heaven. Celina USA special place though. I rode there last February and saw JJ just for a couple minutes before riding home. Those folks know how to make a reception for us guys and they've pretty much made a home away from home for us. I hated to miss it last year and don't want to miss it again.

You are sure right there.

We can hit it hard there for the same price as buying two beers on the way to the train in Chicago..
