Covering a few questions here....
1. its a stock 210 Metzeler 880. The wheel came with a 250 on it. With the TIGHT fit the widest tire I can run is the 210.
2. I need to move the wheel over 1/2", it is off center in the pictures. I need to remove 1/2" of material from the hub of the pulley assembly (pics to come)
3. I am making my own brake caliper brackets, she's still gonna be a bagger so fancy brakes aren't a necessity.

How are you gunna take that off the hub? You have access to a lathe that can turn 18" stock?

Jason,
The intermediate hub is all that needs to be trimmed, its about a 6" outside diameter. As long as it doesn't fight me when I try to unbolt it from the pulley it should be fairly easy... (spoken by a man who hasn't done the work yet. )

Ah ok you need to trim that part. I thaught you needed to turn the wheel itself. Looks good so far. Intrested in seeing your fender widened.

By intermediate hub, do you mean the cush hub. If so you might be able to cut about 1/4" from the outside end, but you will loose the oil seal and be up to the bearing. If you cut the inside posts of the cush hub, the posts and center of the wheel hub, you may also get 1/4". The rubber dampers need to be trimmed too.
I am looking forward to you surgery with the wheel.

I sent you a PM
