Final fitup is complete. The pulley hub modifications was NOT fun! If ANYONE is thinking of ever doing this I will walk you through it. There is A LOT of machining required to the hub as well as major fender modification (specifically at the front end near the seat horn).
Lots of bodywork left to do to get the fender lookin nice. And then a new set of bag brackets...
Here are a few pictures of the progress...

oh, its been dirty alright!
I will write more tonite when I get home. This has been a fun learning experience.
Had to learn to weld for this project.
Lets just say with experience someone could do this job with not a lot of headache.

A couple of questions,please
1- how wide is the Raider wheel hub, end to end?
2- Is the cush hub the same as the Roadstar/Stratoliner?
3- Since you don't have a brake stay, how do you move the caliper if you readjust the wheel location?
4- do you still have an oil seal on the outter edge of the center "hub" of the cush hub
