I don't, but I really don't see a reason for it, I'd rather be forced to learn the sounds of the engine. Also, IIRC redline on the R* is 4400rpm, as an FYI.

Yes I have had 3 of them but you can get the same tach from Baron's without the silly little mounting bracket for $59.95. I made brackets out of SS sheet to fit between the riser clamp. They are good tack but some places like ProOne over price them.

I'm gonna get a tach for engine idle more than anything. Can't seem to find a place that sells a inductive tach tester for a "resonable" price .

Overpriced is RIGHT ! bout shatt myself seeing some tach's run $250?

I bought the Pro one tach combo because I was looking for risers and decided the tach would be nice also,like the risers so thought it was a good deal when combined

That's a nice unit. I already bought a new single(one piece) riser clamp or that may have been an option.

I used that exact model (with the white face) the whole time I had my Roadie......but I got it out of the Custom Chrome catalog for about 60.00. Bought the Kury P clamp for the bars , and was happy as a lark. BB
