I believe red and gold are Bandidos colors, but, it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask the opinion of any of your local MC's. I've seen several of the MC's in AR still using them. I like em' too, but I won't fly colors. What about the long fringe lever covers?

Yeah I guess I might should just to be safe. I can just tell them I am not flying club colors, just the color scheme to go with my bike.
I'd go with pink that way you only have to worry about Girl Scouts beating the snot out of you

Bandidos keep to there own for the most part. I have seen them run the whip in Red and Gold, but they do red and gold all over the bike a lot of times. I don't think it symbolizes anything, or at leas the 2 I have seen were "regulars", not chapter officers or anything. Match your bike. If you ain't wearing rockers, I can't imagine anyone would give it a second thought anyway.
If anyone cares, it is spelled with two "d"s, as above, just FYI

H.A.'s and their sister clubs always had them on their bikes in Nebraska. I have not seen them in Florida yet. I shy away from anything that might be preserved as gang or 1%er club.

My Roadie is kind of old school and I got a get back for it recently in black and white. It looked really cool on the Brake lever and I rode it for a bit until I got into a parking lot and needed to make a tight right hand turn. The buckle hangs down and does not move once attached and hits against my knee when turning the bars hard right. Not a good idea when you need to manuever. For now it is stored, until I find a way to attach it that does not interfere with my brake lever and knee

dingo: I love those pipes... When you're riding on the twisties, do they scrape before or after the floorboards do?

Oh way before the floor boards I have scraped them a few times already. I just have to take it easy now like I am driving a lowrider

Is it just the tips in the back that scrape?

Also, do you happen to have an adjustable suspension, and would or does that improve the situation?
By the way my LA Chopper tips scraped before the floor-boards, what a friggin' pain that was.

Sorry for hi-jacking the thread... and more on topic, I really liked the look of my brake and clutch lever leather tassels...

I feel your pain brother. Beautiful scoot you have though!

Yeah it is just the bottom rear of the tips that scrape...can't see the scrapes or anything. At first it made me kringe but now when it does it...I kinda like it. Gives me that evil grin and turn the throttle harder
